This page is about the website ins8laboratory.com and, in general, how we work. "We" means INS8LABORATORY SRL (Ins8Laboratory), a company registered in Romania.
The website
It is here to tell you what we do. Reading it does not create a contract and nothing on it is professional advice. The site itself is in beta. Please do not try to break the site, and if you manage to, tell us.
Working with us
Real work happens under a signed agreement, and that agreement wins over this page whenever the two disagree. A proposal becomes binding when both sides sign it, not before.
Your data, your accounts
The systems we build may connect to platforms you use, such as Google Cloud, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok for Business, and to the ordering, point-of-sale and messaging tools you chose. You give us access; we use it only for what you asked and within those platforms' rules. Your data stays yours. How we handle it is in the Privacy Policy.
Who owns what
Our methods, code and tools are ours unless a contract says otherwise. Your data, and the reports and results built from it, are yours. The text and design of this site are ours; please do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
The honest disclaimer
The website is offered as it is. We try to keep it accurate and online but we cannot promise either, and we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it. Responsibility in actual projects is set out in each contract. None of this limits anything the law says cannot be limited.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes. Romanian law applies, and Romanian courts decide if it ever comes to that, which we would much rather it did not.
